Position: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Salary can be enhanced based on experience, certifications, and technical expertise.)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification (Mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration and enterprise Linux environments.

Technical Skills

• Installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Strong knowledge of HPC (High Performance Computing), **Linux Clustering, High Availability (HA), and Load Balancing.
• Experience with Ansible, Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Linux networking, DNS, DHCP, NFS, Samba, SSH, Firewall, SELinux, and security hardening.
• Storage administration including LVM, RAID, SAN, NAS, and iSCSI.
• Backup and disaster recovery planning.
• Performance monitoring and system optimization.
• Experience with GPU Computing, NVIDIA CUDA, CuDNN, AI/ML software deployment, and Linux-based AI servers is preferred.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as KVM, VMware, or Proxmox.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an added advantage.

Hardware Knowledge (Preferred)

• Enterprise Server Hardware (Intel Xeon & AMD EPYC platforms).
• Server assembly, BIOS/Firmware upgrades, RAID Controllers, Storage Systems, Networking, and GPU Servers.
• Certifications from Red Hat, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, VMware, or Microsoft will be an added advantage.

Software Knowledge (Preferred)

Experience in installation, optimization, and support of:

• Kubernetes
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Caffe
• MXNet
• PaddlePaddle
• CUDA & CuDNN
• Intel MKL
• Spark MLlib
• Clara Deploy SDK
• Deep Vision AI
• BIGDFT
• AI and HPC software stacks

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and secure RHEL servers.
• Deploy and manage HPC clusters and enterprise Linux infrastructure.
• Configure AI/ML environments on CPU and GPU servers.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support to enterprise customers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and storage issues.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, backup, recovery, and security hardening.
• Work closely with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and maximum system uptime.
